1. Shipping

✓ Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. After that, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can safely track your order until it arrives at your doorstep. The total delivery time is usually 5–8 business days.

✓ Due to the high volume of shipments handled by the shipping carrier, delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding, as these circumstances are beyond our control.

2. Right of Withdrawal

✓ When purchasing products through our website, you have 30 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive the product.

2.1 If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal:

✓ Notify us by email at papamaskhelp@outlook.com. In your message, you must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and the products you wish to return.

✓ The products must be returned immediately and no later than 30 days after you have notified us.

✓ You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for ensuring that the products are returned in good condition. Therefore, they must be properly packaged and shipped in their original packaging.

✓ We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to any loss in value if the product has been used or damaged.
