Shipping and Returns
1. Shipping
✓ Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. After that, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can safely follow your order until it arrives at your door. Total delivery time is usually 5–8 business days.
✓ If your delivery is delayed (and we have not informed you in advance of a longer delivery time), please contact us at papamaskhelp@outlook.com.
✓ High shipping volumes at the carrier may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding, as these circumstances are beyond our control.

2. Right of withdrawal
✓ When you buy products through our website, you have 30 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, counted from the day you receive the product.
2.1 If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal:
✓ Let us know by emailing papamaskhelp@outlook.com. In your message, clearly state your name, address, email address, order number and the products you wish to return.
✓ The products must be returned immediately and no later than 30 days after you have informed us.
✓ You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for making sure the products are returned in good condition. They must therefore be well packed and sent in their original packaging.
✓ We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to any loss in value if the product has been used or damaged.
