This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit PapaMask or make a purchase from us.

When you make a purchase or attempt to complete an order through the website, we also collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card number), email address and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.

When we refer to “personal information” in this Privacy Policy, we mean both Device Information and Order Information.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use the Order Information we collect to fulfill orders placed through the website (including processing your payment, arranging shipping and sending you invoices and order confirmations). We also use this information to:

  • Communicate with you.
  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.
  • Where you have shared your preferences with us, provide you with information or marketing about our products and services.

We use the Device Information we collect to help us detect potential risk and fraud (in particular through your IP address) and, more generally, to improve and optimize our website (for example, by analyzing how our customers browse and interact with it, and by assessing the success of our marketing campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
